i heart tiny little houses! (and large bathrooms)

...But who doesn't, right?! I fall in love with little tiny houses all the time, maybe it's because my husband and I bought a house smaller than most two bedroom apartments. But the reality is I love it (that is when it's not breaking down on us...that's what we get for buying an old house). Apartment Therapy makes me grateful for our itsy bitsy house on a daily basis, and it also makes me want to jump out of my cubicle and redecorate the entire thing too! Anywho...look at the little gem that Bethany Nauert posted on Apartment Therapy:

But is there anyway that we can squeeze this amazingness into our tiny house? (thanks alamode for posting this dreamy bathroom)

yeah the logistics don't seem to work out, do they? Oh well, I'll go back to dreaming now...

Just another Manic Monday...

I've decided to do my fav four...I'm an evens number kind of girl, I know kinda nerdy, but I seem to choose even numbers instead of odds, except for well my wedding date. Nonetheless, here it goes:

This weekend was filled with many of my favorites, including family and:

a bike ride

my lovey weekend shoes

napping on my favorite pillow from 10,000 villages

hydrangeas on the dining room table :)

Two of my Favsies:

So it's my first post...what do I even post about? Oh how about a mixture of two of my favorite things (photography and the beach, specifically St Barts and the icing on the cake? my FAVORITE beach in St Barts, Gouvneur) There is this artist by the name of Eric Cahan that everyone and their mothers are blogging about and well what else would I start with than something I love and something oh so trendy? He photographs skies at either sunrise or sunset, and he does it oh so beautifully. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do! :)
